CHESHIRE EAST BOROUGH COUNCIL Notice of Proposal To Make An Order Cheshire East Borough Council (Swan Bank, Congleton) (Disabled Person’s Parking Place) Order 2011 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Cheshire East Borough Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 32 and 35 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (hereinafter referred to as “the 1984 Act”) and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act and in accordance with its duty under Section 122 of the 1984 Act. 1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Staffordshire County Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding in that length of Lawton Street, Biddulph between its junctions with St Johns Road and Kingsfield Road unless the vehicle is being used in connection with the works. There will be limited vehicular access available to frontages from either end dependant upon the works. The preferred alternative route for traffic will be available via St Johns Road, Princess Street, Well Street and Kingsfield Road.
