App Store Reviews

The Spectator

Awesome source ★★★★★ 5 stars
by Cantemus
I have installed the app on my iPad and bookmarked the website on my desktop computer. Access via both the app and website are amazing! Superbly designed and easy to access and read. The facility to print or save as a PDF on the website is a welcome bonus for occasionally saving or printing a particular article. For those who have a subscriptions to The Spectator, there is no additional cost, of course. First Rate!

...So you want to carry many issues (now you can do that without paper, how many trees is that saved? :))

I have purchased your iTunes app for the iPad called "Philippi 42BC", which is excellent. I would like to ask if you will be putting more of these Osprey publishing titles into the iTunes App store?

I like this app. Keeps me up to date to what's going on in Congleton as I now live over the border in Biddulph city.

Publishers Weekly

Fabulous! ★★★★★ 5 stars

As a retired librarian, I can tell you that having access to Publishers Weekly was one of my favorite perks. Each issue has an unbelievable number of book reviews, and I really enjoyed being able to read those in this issue. I hope that I will be able to afford continuing access, as there is no price stated in the description. Great job with the format, easy to page through, and easy to enlarge the font when I needed to.

Great Publication ★★★★★ 5 stars

This is a joy to see. Hope a subscription can be had at a reasonable price soon and that other magazines learn how to use the iPad so well; I would switch from paper without hesitation.

As a subscriber to the paper copy of The Philosophers’ Magazine, I really love the fact that I can have this now on my iPhone. I love the fact that the latest version is available off-line, so I don't need a wifi link to read the mag.
