Rycote’s new vision
New complete mic mounting solution
New from Rycote is the InVision Studio Kit, an integrated suspension and pop filter system for large-diaphragm vocal microphones. The system launched at NAMM 2011 and is based on the InVision Universal Studio Mount, which made its debut at NAMM 2010. The USM holds the mic in place with a four-screw locking system and will cope with any microphone from 18–55mm in diameter. To this is now added the InVision Universal Pop Filter, which features a mesh filter made of acoustic foam and offers up to 20dB of low-frequency attenuation to rid your recordings of pops and crackles.
The Invision Studio Kit is available now, priced £95. The Universal Pop Filter is also available separately, priced £35. Contact Rycote 01453 759338 Web www.rycoteinvision.com
