FC”, possibly for “Maestro Giuseppe”, the carver to the Duke of Parma and the teacher of Andrea Fantoni. The Roman baroque console table retains its original gilding and was exhibited in Life and the Arts in the Baroque Palaces of Rome Ambiente Barocco, New York and Kansas City, MO, 1999.
