CHESHIRE EAST COUNCIL Town and Country Planning Act 1990 Section 257 Notice of Public Path Diversion Order The Cheshire East Borough Council (Footpath No. 2 (Part) Parish of Arclid) Public Path Diversion Order 2012 The above Order was made on the 5th April 2012, under section 257 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. The effect of the Order will be to divert that length of Public Footpath No. 2 in the Parish of Arclid commencing at O.S. grid reference SJ 7876 6190 and running in a generally north easterly direction for a distance of approximately 63 meters to O.S. grid reference SJ 7882 6193, to a new line, in the Parish of Arclid, commencing at O.S. grid reference SJ 7876 6190 and running in a generally north westerly direction for a distance of approximately 18 meters to O.S. grid reference SJ 7875 6192, then running in a generally north easterly direction for a distance of approximately 51 meters to O.S. grid reference SJ 7878 6195 and then gently curving in a generally east south easterly direction for a distance of approximately 33 meters to O.S. grid reference SJ 7881 6196. Notice of Making CHESHIRE EAST BOROUGH COUNCIL (West Street, Dane Street, Congleton) (Prohibition & Restriction of Waiting & Limited Waiting) Order 2012 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 19th April 2012 Cheshire East Borough Council made an Order under Sections 1, 2, 4, 32 and 35 and Part III of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (“the 1984 Act”) and all other enabling powers and in accordance with its duty under Section 122 of the 1984 Act. 1 The effect of the Order, which will come into operation on
30th April 2012, will be to introduce; a) a prohibition of waiting by vehicles at all times on all days in the lengths of roads and sides of road detailed in Schedule 1 to this Notice; b) a restriction of waiting prohibiting waiting between
Monday-Saturday 8am-6pm on the lengths and sides of roads detailed in Schedule 2 to this Notice; and c) limited waiting parking places allowing parking for up to 2 hours, Monday to Saturday, between 9am and 5pm, with no return permitted within 2 hours on the lengths and sides of roads detailed in Schedule 3 to this Notice. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Staffordshire County Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding in that length of Biddulph Road, Mow Cop between its junctions with Sands Road and Tower Hill Road unless the vehicle is being used in connection with the works; or unless the vehicle requires access to premises on the length of road or is being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes. The preferred alternative route for traffic will be available via Sands Road, Church Lane, Congleton Road, Tower Hill Road and vice versa. THE ORDER WILL COME INTO OPERATION ON MONDAY 14 MAY 2012 AT 09:30 AND THE SAID WORKS WILL COMMENCE ON OR AS NEAR AS PRACTICABLE TO THAT DATE.
