Opera is the world's leading opera magazine. Each of our monthly issues contains news, letters, features, interviews, reviews of performances from around the world, CDs and books and a diary section giving listings for all major opera-houses along with forthcoming season programmes.

You will also receive other free subscriber publications with the digital subscription, such as the Festivals issue.

Opera has a special free trial issue in the Exact Editions shop. It is accompanied by a 48 page memorial supplement for Luciano Pavarotti. This includes the first review in the magazine which mentioned him (Harold Rosenthal on La Bohème at Covent Garden in 1963 "..a young and personable Italian tenor, with the smoothest of voices...") and the last (The Met in May 2004 by Martin Bernheimer).

The main March 2008 issue contains an interview with Thomas Allen, a feature on John Treleaven, and Natalie Dessay's enthusiasm for the role of Nick Shadow. Each monthly issue also carries notices from around the world, and reviews of CD's and DVD's.
